The operations includes a 4,00,000 MT per annum Copper Smelter with Refinery, Sulphuric and Phosphoric Acid plants and Copper plant at Tuticorin in Southern India and a Refinery and two Copper Rod Plants at Silvassa in Western India. At Fujairah Gold, we operate a Continuous Cast Rod Plant with an annual capacity of 1,00,000 MT and Precious Metal Refinery with an annual capacity of 50 MT of Gold, 120 MT of Silver. The Opportunity: We are looking for dynamic leaders for high-impact leadership roles in HR. The candidate is responsible for ensuring Management in Place, performance culture, implementing benchmarking people practices with focus on stakeholder management. He/She will be responsible for HR Processes Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Statutory Compliances, Employee Engagement, Partnering all HR Audits (External and Internal), Employee Life Cycle Management, Payroll Management, SAP Updation & Data Management, Rewards & Recognition and Performance Management & Talent Management. He/She support in creating a workplace that respects & values all employees & promote a culture of fostering innovation through various HR Policies & practices. He/She should support the organization in achieving its business objectives by ensuring right talent is available at right time. He/She should focus on COP Reduction and capability building through Digital, Innovation and transformational ideas. He/She should focus on Health, Safety and Environment and Ensuring compliances to all management standards The ideal incumbent should be with 10+ years of experience in HR field in Manufacturing sector.
